**The Pay**:

- Salary between £40,000 and £45,000

Your role is central to all informed decision-making and internal performance reporting. It will support both the operational performance reporting and change programme of the business. The position requires you to develop good knowledge of the operations and the industry.

Securing the engagement and committment of the operational managers, sales teams and finance teams is required to gather and analyse the data. Partnering with key operational leaders will support effective operational decision making.

**Your duties will include**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver weekly pulse reporting to management on the key operations of the business
- Act as a business partner for operations, account management and sales bringing financial accountability through understanding key metrics
- Guided and supported by the FD and CIO drive the preparation of data driven annual budgets and reforecasts
- Supporting the CIO to provide accurate and timely, objective actionable analysis to drive operational performance and challenge / support investment decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with organisational managers
- Experience with system implementation and business change
- Multi-site experience
- Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics CRM system is also advantageous
