Trainee Lettings Estate Agent / Negotiator - Bitterne, Southampton

Immediate Start.

We are looking for people who can carry this vision through with commitment, enthusiasm and the best salesmanship allied to quality customer service.

Job Purpose:
To deal with all aspects of all lettings generation and to provide a high level of salesmanship and customer service whilst growing the business and improving the team.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Registering new applicants
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Effectively communicating with clients and customers
- Negotiating
- Gross selling
- Selling financial services
- Gross selling
- Understanding targets and how to achieve them
- Driving licence essential
