Sprung Studios are looking for a **Motion Designer** to join our team in Brighton.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use Adobe After Effects to animate UX/UI Design solutions, bringing dynamism and life to the game interfaces and show our clients how amazing their games could look.
- Work with the project team to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Work with your team to brainstorm creative concepts, storyboard ideas, and refine animation output.

**To succeed in this role, you must**:

- Have at least 2 years of experience in Motion Graphics
- Have proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
- Have extensive knowledge of animation principles and motion graphics techniques
- Have strong visual storytelling and creative concepting experience
- Be adept at communicating ideas through clear, descriptive storyboards
- Have strong design sensibility (typography, colour, and composition)
- Comfortable working with vector illustration, and shape animation
- Have a great understanding of how to create a variety of effects and transitions
- Have the ability to communicate efficiently, and adjust processes to meet project goals and timelines
- Bonus point for having experience in 3D

**This is not a remote position. We are working with a hybrid model. Mondays and Fridays are an option to work from home, with everyone in the Studio on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
