Carpenters Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter Assistant to join our team. As a Carpenter Assistant, you will help our carpenters in various construction projects. Your role will involve supporting the carpenters in tasks such as, carpentry work, joinery, painting, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wood industry and develop your skills.

**Duties**:

- Assist carpenters with various construction tasks
- Help fabricate and assemble structures
- Assist with joinery and painting tasks
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Ensure work areas are clean and organized
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Carpenter Helper or similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in carpentry work

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
