Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of volunteers, including volunteer scheduling and training.
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Accept and process donations on a daily basis, identify which departments require in fill and process stock accordingly.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and enhance the overall store appearance
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash management responsibilities, including opening and closing store till, managing cash donations and reconciling cash drawers
- Collaborate with the marketing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.96-£12.09 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
