**Requirements**:

- Time Management: Efficiently handle appointments, meetings, and deadlines, ensuring the CEO's schedule runs smoothly.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, is essential for interacting with the CEO, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Confidentiality: Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively, sometimes independently, to support the CEO’s objectives.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a professional manner and representing the CEO effectively in interactions with others.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Primary Responsibilities:_
- Calendar management, scheduling/coordinating meetings.
- Organising travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Managing and prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Sustainability Reporting Responsibilities:_
- Develop and oversee sustainability reporting processes in alignment with industry standards and company goals.
- Collect, analyse, and report data related to the company’s environmental impact.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to sustainability metrics and reporting.
- General Office Responsibilities:_
- Working pro-actively to support the management of day-to-day office operations.
- If requested support Company meetings and catering.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assisting with shipping equipment etc where required.
- Assisting senior management team with ad-hoc tasks as required
**Location**: Bournemouth (Hybrid - office based 2-3 days per week)
