_**We are looking for an Technical Administrator / Document Controller to join our small Head Office team based in Hutton, CM13.**_

This role would suit someone with an Administrative background who is available to begin the position within the next 2 weeks.

**The role will involve**:

- Uploading drawings and other documents to client systems such as Viewpoint and Sharepoint.
- Liasing with subcontractors to ensure they issue their drawings in line with the client's document quality standards and returning commented drawings back to subcontractors for their review/amendments.
- Compiling manufacturer O&M information, certification and 'As Built' drawings into an O&M manual and sending this to clients.
- Receiving commissioning certificates, ensuring they meet quality standards, digitising these where handwritten and uploading to the company OneDrive system.
- Creation of technical submittals for proposed products including sourcing product data sheets.
- Placing supplier orders as directed and ensuring these match quoted prices.
- Ad hoc administration duties as required by the Project Site Managers.
- Holiday cover for the Head Office's Reception.
- **Skills & Experience**_
- You will be confident using the Microsoft Office package and be computer literate.
- You will have at least 2 years administration experience.
- You must be highly organised.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- You should be keen to learn with a positive attitude.

Working hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
