**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Asset Intelligence & Investment to join our team in Oldham on a permanent basis. We currently operate a hybrid working style which compromises of two days a week in the office, and the remaining three days working remotely.

The main purpose of the role is to Lead and manage a team to deliver accurate stock condition and property performance information and the intelligent design of a comprehensive planned investment programme, ensuring component failures and property improvements are proactively identified and undertaken in a planned manner.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate dispersed and field based teams.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information to specialist and non-specialist colleagues sufficient to aid their understanding and actions.
- Proven track record of data analysis to drive improvements in value for money, systems, processes and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of current and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Experience of setting investment programmes.
- Experience of using Asset Management systems.
- A proven ability to influence internal and external customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management Standard.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Educated to level 6 (degree or equivalent) or higher.
- Relevant professional qualification.
