Junior IT Support - 1st Line, 2nd Line, Law Firms

Our client are a unique firm in the legal sector, as of today more than 25 law firms have been assisted in the start up of brand new practice. They have a scalable solution which they use when starting new law firms and also growing current practice, theyspin up new firms in Azure and build a whole new platform, sometimes the new law firm is literally an empty floor and the IT Team get to work from the ground up putting in absolutely every necessary to facilitate the firm to be ready and working on the 1stday they go live.

This Junior IT Support (1st Line, 2nd Line, Law Firms) is a great opportunity as it will give you the opportunity to work the role at any level that suits you and will offer training to more junior people and exposure to new projects to the more experienced.The level of exposure is far greater than that at a typical service desk level, you will get all levels and types of support as you try to own your client bases needs. This could be the spin up of new clients, servers, data centres etc

To be considered for this Junior IT Support (1st Line, 2nd Line) roleit's ideal you have:

- 1-2 years IT Support experience
- Strong customer service background
- Ideal but not necessary law firm experience.

Responsiblities:

- Provide on-site and remote assistance for local and client sites
- Capture information and complete problem analysis prior to escalation for further investigation
- Provide day to day IT troubleshooting and proactive advice
- Complete all regular scheduled visits and tasks, per the applicable Service Level Agreements
- Assist in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems
