**Your Tasks**
- Job shadow and undertake various support tasks to the Sales team, learning all foundation aspects of the function.
- Support various events with the Human Resources Department and category marketing teams.
- Increase knowledge on the market, our customers and product knowledge.
- Develop digital capability in terms of EGGER platforms, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and support to the Sales team.
- Collaborate, be an active member of the team in terms of projects.
- Develop financial experience in terms of cost / pricing structures.
- Complete relevant competitor analysis.
- Accept personal responsibility for attending training meetings and in completing course work in expected timescales and deadlines.
- Work effectively with other people from different departments, promoting our EGGER team spirit at all times.

**Our Requirements**
- Good standard of education 2 A levels or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum - English and Maths level 2.
- Driving Licence preferred (or ready to take test within 3 months)
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Well organised with attention to detail.
- Proficient communicator.
- Enthusiastic and committed.
- Helpful and proactive.
