**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
- Track project progress and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Support with booking travel and accommodation.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure version control.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and information.
- Database management to maintain and update records.
- Budget management.
- Assist in resource allocation and coordination to support project activities.
- Support project reporting and analysis.
- Providing general administrative support, including telephone answering services, dealing with enquiries, and ensuring they are passed on to the correct person.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an admini9stration role, ideally project administration.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Competent in Microsoft packages, particularly Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From £23,400.00 per year
