**This role can be based from Luton (UK), Zaventem (Belgium) or Rijswijk (Netherlands) and offers flexible virtual working arrangements.**

**ABOUT THE JOB** You will be committed to buildingin-depth knowledge of your business areas whilst managing the end-to-end recruitment process for several key functions within our Airline functions.

Using your market knowledge, networks and expertise withinrecruitment best practice, you will source and attract high calibre talent to the business using a range of methods and cost-effective channels (including direct sourcing, social media and job boards),tailoring your approach for niche/specialist/difficult to fill roles. You will be experienced in resource planning, including proactive searches, creating and maintaining talent pools.

***ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience of Airline and/or Head Office recruitment (in an in-house or agency role) with working knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Experience with a variety of assessment tools
- Driven, proactive and solutions-focused
- High degree of influencing and impact through relationship management
- Good working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Able to work at pace and juggle multiple demands including the ability to flex and assist other Talent Acquisition teams when required
