The Ophthalmology Directorate is implementing an Electronic Patient Record and is looking to recruit 2 full time Scanning Clerks to scan paper documents into the Record on daily basis. Applicants should be computer literate and have some previous admin experience. Although previous experience in a similar role is desirable it is not essential as training will be given. An excellent telephone manner is essential as is the ability to prioritise/manage your own workload.

Collection, preparation and scanning of clinical documentation into the Ophthalmology Electronic Patient Record.

Data Entry to various computer systems

Deal with routine telephone queries

Liaison with staff and patients
