**The Role**:
Primarily the role will be responsible for delivering the safest and most efficient Apron management to achieve the Airport (OTP) On Time Performance target. This role will be looking at strategic and tactical planning, It will also be responsible for enabling the Airfield Operations Visual Control Room to capture all aeronautical related data to enable the recovery of airport charges in line with the Airport Conditions of Use.

Key accountabilities include:

- Strategic and tactical Stand planning & development.
- Stand plan rule management.
- Support A-CDM implementation & integration.
- OTP management - link to EAPN (European Airport Punctuality Network)
- Link into Eurocontrol and NERL.
- Airside lead for STN airfield capacity and growth agenda.
- Ownership of Mandatory reporting of airport data to the CAA & EU for OTP.
- Ownership and development of Data and Stand planning systems.
- Liaise with projects to facilitate airside works.
- Deliver accurate airport data to enable Finance to recover airport charges.
- Management of data to report to the CAA on performance and charging.
- Reporting of Airside SQC.
- ACL data management and forecasting.
- Monthly performance monitoring.
- Airport Community App review and input.
- Major operations planning.
- Winter operations.
- This role will be support for the operational team covering shifts where we have shortfalls.
- Data capture to enable accurate reporting of OTP.
- Coordinating Airside Service Quality Concessions programme.
- Developing Airside capacity capability with ACL and Terminal Operations.

**What will make you successful in this role?**
- Capable of stand plan strategic coordination.
- Competent in the use of business reporting tools.
- Data/analysis skills reporting & development.
- Capable of All Airfield Operations Officer duties.
- Holds a UK Driving License.
- Understanding in the management of SQC.
- Knowledge of Airport Capacity management.
- Airfield Operations Experience.
