Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage legal case files, ensuring all documents are organised, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and court forms with a keen eye for accuracy and completeness.

Effectively manage and coordinate dates and booking appointments, to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Maintain meticulous records of legal documents, correspondence, and other relevant materials to facilitate efficient retrieval and reporting.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in legal administration or a related field is preferred.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
