**Description**:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Mobile Handyperson to join our Facilities Services team. As a Mobile Handyperson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. Your main responsibility will be attending to various repair and maintenance tasks across different locations, providing high-quality service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment and facilities
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Install and replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist in the coordination of external contractors for specialized repairs and projects
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance tasks efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in general maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques
- Experience with handling hand and power tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
