We have an exciting opening for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join a diverse and talented team in Belfast. Don't have any previous marketing experience? No problem This is an entry-level position, so full training will be provided. They are looking to meet people who can think outside the box and are driven and determined to succeed.

Our client is a consulting agency that develops innovative marketing campaigns that make an imprint on every customer. They have an award-winning Executive Team that has over a decade of industry experience worldwide. They deliver first-class customer experience and customer acquisition services for clients' across the UK. They represent clients in a variety of sectors, including; banking and finance, renewable energy, telecommunications, and media, just to name a few. They are a market leader in the UK, and they are excited by the growth prospects as their client portfolio expands.

**Junior Marketing Assistant** **Role**

The first few months will be very intense, you will need to be able to learn and retain a lot of information, ensuring you have strong product knowledge and can represent clients with complete confidence and professionalism. Initially, this will be an entry-level sales and marketing role, mastering the basics of sales, marketing, customer service and team leadership. Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise they are prepared to make is that no two days will be alike.

**Marketing Assistant** **Responsibilities**
- You'll be the face and voice of clients as you engage customers to promote client's products and services in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations
- Handling questions and delivering knowledgeable answers
- Completing customer registrations
- Gathering/tracking data to be able to complete reports
- Meeting clients KPIs

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
