Our client is well known for honest, professional recruitment services. Operating across multiple education sectors they have a loyal, and in some cases, exclusive client base. They have a strong branch network and are located in multiple cities across the UK. The Leeds branch is highly established and has a large, professional but friendly team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join to head up the SEND Division. They are looking for an ambitious and capable leader who can add to the team, inspire, coach and mentor. You will be tasked with the day-to-day management of the team and will be expected to lead by example, sell the services to local businesses, and grow the branch. The team is small but has the capacity to grow and incorporate other niches.

The team will need to be supervised, and trained, and will require a motivated, disciplined, and driven team manager.

This will be a hands-on role where you will be expected to take control of the business, attend visits, and create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring. The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment.

Previous experience within a focused, targeted recruitment agency environment is essential.
