**Who are we seeking?**

To support our experienced Test & Warranty Team, Sunseeker International are seeking a Test Carpenter to join our team at Sunseeker Shipyards, Poole.

As the Sunseeker Test Carpenter you will use your high level Carpentry boat building skills to maintain expected quality throughout our robust boat testing process. The incumbent must be decisive and be able to determine the importance of an issue, prioritising, allocating and running any defects found through to completion.

Example responsibilities include:

- Working with a wide variety of materials.
- Being responsible for assembling pre-made materials.
- Scribing exercises and Panel work.
- Working to exact tolerances and specifications.
- Generating, managing & rectifying the defect list on a given boat line.
- Ensuring all Carpentry work has been carried out to current build specification standards and is signed off.
- Attending relevant Change Continuous Improvement Process meetings and assist to improve our product.
