**Warehouse Operative (Replenishment Team)**

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our Warehouse Replenishment team (2pm-12.30am Monday to Thursday) to ensure our incoming material is handled and stored in a timely manner after delivery to ensure that we have full availability for our Picking & Production Teams the following day.

**What is the job?**

The Replenishment Team are required to store incoming materials in bin locations (this can be up to 6 metres in length), using hand-held scanners to ensure stock and materials are stored in the correct locations. There will also be occasional requirement to pick and pack customer orders for the following day and support the loading/unloading of lorries.

Working 14.00 to 00.30 Monday to Thursday, the starting rate will £12.31 per hour for those with a FLT licence, rising to £12.91 per hour at 6 months on successful completion of probation.

Key Tasks Include:

- Stock replenishment, including stock consolidation and ensuring stock rotation
- Use forklift trucks, tugs, picking platforms and any other machinery that is required in a safe manner and according to the training provided.
- Ensure all required daily safety checks are completed.
- Move stock around the warehouse in a safe manner - this includes stock rearrangement and putting stock away from goods in.
- Book stock in externally and internally when required.
- Assisting with stock checks as required.
- General housekeeping such as cleaning and maintenance is part of the daily routine to ensure stored goods are kept tidy and safely.
- Pick and pack customer orders using hand-held scanners.
- scan the bin and then put product into the required containers, such as stillages and pallets.
- Use appropriate packaging materials to protect the product e.g stillage liners.
- Ensure orders are packaged and labelled correctly to prevent order errors and damage.

To be successful in the role you will need the following
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Clear understanding and appreciation of health and safety procedures
- Good timekeeping.
- Excellent team working and adaptability.
- Clear communication skills.
- Tug experience.
- Experience with picking platforms.
- Previous experience using hand-held scanners
