**Employment Paralegal**
**Salary up to £25k DOE**
**Altrincham area**
**Hybrid Working (1 or 2 Days from Home)**

I am currently looking for an experienced Employment Paralegal to join an established team in South Manchester.

The role will include a mixture of Employment Law work

**The Day-to-day duties will include**:

- Assisting a senior Partner with caseload of Employment work.
- Covering a range of matters including discrimination at work, unfair dismissals, employee settlement agreements and restrictive covenants etc.
- Assisting with legal drafting, administration, and documentation.
- Experience within Employment Law
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to deal well in a client focused position
