Job description

We have a great opportunity to join Safety, Health and Environment Team as a Health & Safety (SHE) Trainee Advisor on a permanent, full time (37 hours) basis.

To provide a proactive and responsive administrative service to support the delivery of the LTE Group Health and Safety strategy. To assist the Group in achieving health and safety performance targets. To engage in a culture of development and be innovative in the use of effective, efficient systems. The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative enabling you to prioritise workloads.

In order to do the role you will need:

- Commitment to work towards Level 3 recognised Health & Safety qualifications (eg NEBOSH Certificate) LTE Group will support and pay for this.
- Internal Auditor training - provided
- Holder of a full UK driving licence
- Enhanced Security and DBS Clearance - working in prison establishment
