Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the caf\xe9, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and served promptly
- Create menus and special offerings in line with customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, customer service, and health & safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and health & safety standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or caf\xe9 setting
- Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and menu planning
- Bartending experience is advantageous
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
