We are looking for hardworking, reliable team members for a **street food unit at Dreamland in Margate** to work alongside national street food brands.

Duties include day-to-day kitchen operations including set up and clean down, food prep, cooking and serving customers. Some experience essential, however full training will be provided. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn very important

This is a fast paced, customer facing environment. We will expect you to work well in team, and also independently at times.

**Various roles available at all levels. Pay dependant on age & experience**

The unit is open every weekend from 29th March until 1st September, and every day between the following dates

29th March - 14th April

27th May - 2nd June

27th July - 1st September

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £9.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 60 per week

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
