### Overview:
We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various types of buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires the use of power tools, hand tools, and heavy lifting. If you have a strong work ethic and the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you.

## Duties:

- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and install roofing materials
- Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment while working at heights
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

## Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in roofing projects
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and their installation techniques
- Experience with welding, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics or blueprints related to roofing projects

**Salary**: £130.00-£170.00 per day
