Hush is a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand, founded 18 years ago by Mandy Watkins and now established as one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. We employ around 150 staff in our head office and across 30 John Lewis concessions, creating and selling a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories that are characterised by an elegant simplicity and laidback sense of style. **The Role**:
As part of our growth plan, we have expanded our distribution via third party marketplaces and we’re looking for someone to support this over a short-term contract. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual, at the beginning of their career, to develop their experience of ecommerce and help support our international expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, your responsibilities will include**:

- Be the business-as-usual point of contact at hush for Marketplace partners in relation to product readiness
- Liaise with Merchandising and Creative teams to ensure new product launches are successful, in line with platform specific promotional calendar
- Ensure all product and inventory is loaded to each marketplace in line with requirements, and that product details, descriptions, images and content are all optimised for the marketplace partner.
- Run marketplace reporting and weekly trading analysis.
- Attend paid marketing meetings with agency to capture any supporting actions.
- Support Head of eCommerce to drive revenue growth by acting on defined opportunities, collaborating with internal and external teams.

- Has interest in ecommerce/marketplace/technology.
- Ambitious and quick learner, who is flexible and adaptable to whatever is required.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Highly organised; able to balance workload and prioritise when necessary.
- Analytical, numerical and excel skills.
