**Property Valuer | Preston | Full Time | £35,000 OTE**

Our client is an Independent Estate Agent and Letting Agent with four branches in Preston, Longridge, Garstang and Penwortham. The team has an excellent reputation for being proactive in marketing their properties and offering their customers fantastic service.

You will be based at the Fulwood branch (PR2).

As a Property Valuer, your main responsibility will be to correctly identify the true value of properties and the price they need to be marketed at to generate a successful and fast sale. On a practical level, this translates as booking, generating and attending valuations and viewings, formulating evaluation letters, obtaining viewing feedback and completing vendor care calls. You will also occasionally assist with publicity materials by taking photographs and drawing floor plans

Within this role, you will have the prospect to deal with several different people, from vendors and landlords looking to sell their properties.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office of an Estate Agent
- Full UK Driving License (Own Car Essential)

- Previous estate agency experience and high dedication to being a successful self employed agent is highly preferred
