**What will you be doing**:

- To continuously improve practices, and share that knowledge throughout the Instructional Design team
- To be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of individual assigned projects (i.e. being the Lead ID on given projects)
- Contribute towards scopes and pitches
- Contribute towards the marketing efforts

**What do you need to have**:

- Proactively helping the business to grow and elevate services and processes
- Be a champion of our learning strategies and consistently reinforce our long-term goals, our vision, purpose, focus, uniqueness and values to the team
- Be commercially focussed at all times, understanding project P&L's and analysis of non-recovered time
- Commit to continuous improvement
- Excellent writing skills, with attention to detail
- Knowledgeable about adult learning theories and principles
- Knowledge of a broad range of learning technologies
- Communication and interpersonal skills (Client and Designer Communication)
- Organisational skills (Programme management, and generally being efficient)
