M2 Education is a reputable supply agency dedicated to finding Teachers suitable work based on their availability and preferences. We work with a number of schools in Workington, Whitehaven, Maryport, Carlisle, Penrith, Kendal, Barrow-in-Furness and all surrounding areas.

With September beginning we have had an increase in daily supply, Short term and Long term roles and are currently seeking motivated **Primary and Secondary Teachers** to join our team and embark on a rewarding journey in education.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Primary School Teacher working through M2 Education, you will:

- Embrace the flexibility of daily supply, choosing assignments that suit your availability and preferences.
- Engage with diverse classrooms and age groups, building a rich and varied teaching experience.
- Deliver lessons that inspire, motivate, and encourage students to achieve their best.
- Foster positive learning environments that support student well-being and growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective teaching.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, suitable for teaching in primary schools.
- For Early Careers Teachers, recent completion of teacher training or NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) status is desirable.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings and handle varying teaching assignments.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to learn and grow in your teaching career.

- All of our pay rates are inclusive of the 10.77% statutory holiday pay.
- This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, these positions may become permanent at a later date.
