**Bodyshop Controller**
**Pembrook Resourcing are currently sourcing a Bodyshop Controller/ Bodyshop Manager to join one of our clients busy Aftersales Workshop**
**Your main duties will be to oversee and motivate a team of skilled technicians and apprentices, panel beaters, paint sprayers ect. Work alongside the Branch Manager to achieve branch efficiency and profitability.**
**Essential Requirements**:

- Audatex
- Have at least 3 years Bodyshop management experience
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Achieving budget sales and cost targets weekly, monthly and annually
- Ensuring all health and safety policy and procedures are followed always with all staff utilising safe working practises and monitor the correct use and storage of PPE.
