Head of Mro

**What you'll be doing**
- ** Strategic Leadership and Management**
- Develop and implement the overall MRO strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead and manage the MRO department, providing direction, setting goals, and ensuring team performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to align MRO initiatives with business objectives.
- **Operations and Process Optimisation**
- Oversee all maintenance, repair, and operations activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency to increase profitability and the number of customer repairs
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of MRO activities.
- **Operations and Stakeholder Communication**
- Scrutinise the pricing received from workshops to ensure cost-effectiveness, emphasising mínimal costs for parts testing.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts related to MRO operations.
- Collaborate closely with AJWT for improved synergy and outcomes.

**About you**
- Proven experience in a senior strategic MRO management role, preferably in aviation, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Proficiency in using MRO-related software and technology.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
