We have an exciting opportunity for a Hate Crime Caseworker covering Dyfed Powys to join the Wales Hate Crime Team team working 30 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm.

**About the role**:
This role is based in Dyfed Powys and hybrid working is available.

As a Hate Crime Caseworker you will:
Directly support victims affected by hate crime & ensure the provision of tailored one-to-one support

Assist those victims in ensuring they receive the support required to complete their journey through the criminal justice system to cope and recover from the impact of crime and help people to move beyond the crime and access additional support services.

Develop networks of agencies to which victims can be referred for ongoing/specialist support and report on the effectiveness of relationships with partners with a view to improving services delivered by Victim Support

Work alongside a team of staff and volunteers to reflect the community and the needs of the victims and utilise resources in the team to deliver individual, bespoke services to vulnerable victims
