**About the company**:
HANetf is the first “White Label” (WL) provider of ETFs in Europe with a turnkey solution for asset managers to enter the ETF business

HANetf clients will be drawn from traditional asset managers who haven’t entered the European ETF market and US & Asian ETF issuers who haven’t developed UCITS ETFs & entered Europe.

HANetf was founded by ETF Industry veterans Hector McNeil & Nik Bienkowski. Both were founders and owners of first ETF Securities & secondly Boost/WisdomTree Europe.

**About the Role**:
**Events**:

- Event planning - Understand requirements for each event, work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that all in-person events as well as webinars (recorded or live) are planned and organised meticulously and with enough notice, giving attention to financial and time constraints
- Book venue/ vendor/ webinar slot and schedule speakers in liaison with external partners
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms
- Event execution -organise the marketing and sales assets that we take to each event, and assist in the execution of the event
- Ownership of the event and webinar calendar - to ensure all event information is organised, promoted, up-to-date and Sales feedback is provided post event

**Social Media**:

- Manage HANetf’s online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies and content to promote the HANetf organisation and funds across LinkedIn and Twitter (primarily). We are currently also exploring Youtube marketing.
- Manage the day to day handling of HANetf’s social media channels and analysing the data
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- You are an extremely organised individual with good time management and multi-tasking skills.
- You can effectively manage multiple events, tasks and projects simultaneously at speed.
- You are a creative thinker and possess excellent communications skills - written and verbal
- You have a detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- You have proficiency with LinkedIn and Twitter
- Desirable but not necessary: Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 1-3 years experience managing events and/or social media marketing
- Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr) advantageous
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
