Compound Assistant

We are looking for a Compound Assistant to join our Logistics team at our compound based at Eastleigh. Your main responsibilities will be to keep the busy site flowing and move vehicles between various locations.

**The Opportunity**

In this role you will:

- Sign vehicles in and out of the compound.
- Learn the use of our stock management system (training will be given).
- Enter delivery dates of vehicles and any key codes.
- Check all transport deliveries of damage and note accordingly.
- Store vehicles safely and manage compound space.
- Be involved in the collection, delivery and movement of vehicles between various locations.

**About You**:

- An aptitude for building positive customer relationships - you will enjoy working in a team and supporting colleagues wherever possible;
- Effective communication skills;
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise;
- A good level of fitness to be on the move and on your feet most of the day - you will enjoy walking and being outdoors;
- A good standard of IT skills would be beneficial.
- Experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential.
- Awareness of how to protect yourself and other through struct adherence to relevant health and safety requirements; and
- A full UK driving license.
