**Ledger Clerk**

**40 hours per week - £24,000**

**Ufford Park, Woodbridge**

Here are LQ Resorts we are looking for a Full Time Ledger Clerk to join our small fast past finance team at Ufford Park Golf and Spa Resort, based in Woodbridge. This position involves the reconciliation of accruals and prepayments schedules as well as entering cashbook transactions on sage.

Creation of new Suppliers in accordance with company policy

Raise purchase orders

Process invoices from supplier

Deal with employee expenses

Carry out company credit card processes

Chase delivery and invoice queries

Update supplier payments, processing duty and VAT invoices

Look after petty cash

General adhoc office tasks

**To join us as you’ll need**:
Great attention to detail

IT literacy, including Microsoft packages

Excellent communication skills

An organised and efficient work ethic

Experience working with the purchase ledger in a similar role

Knowledge of using SAGE 200 would be beneficial

**Role will also develop to cover**

Reconciliation of accruals and prepayments schedules

Entering cashbook transactions on SAGE

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WOODBRIDGE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Ledger Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
- Sage: 1 year (preferred)
