**The Role**:
As the Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the UK marketing and PR team. Assisting with marketing initiatives, supporting the Molton Brown stores and outlets with various tasks and helping with the creation of marketing and PR materials.

**What You Will Do**:

- Support the team with administrative tasks such as PO raising, product orders and couriers. Manage the marketing inbox.
- Assist with the briefing and creating marketing and PR materials as well as briefing VM displays for stores.
- Manage the creation of campaign implementation packs, provide ad hoc support for SAS stores and outlets and assist with in-store and PR event planning
- Supporting with awards strategy & execution as well as assisting with sampling plans - In charge of the weekly marketing report
- Supporting with internal campaign reporting, competitor analysis and marketing research

**What You Need**:

- Prior work experience in administration or marketing is a plus but not necessary
- Passionate about the premium beauty/fragrance. luxury industry
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive can-do attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
