In this role you will be based at the new state-of-the-art training centre at RAF Valley and will be part of a successful team delivering best in class flying training to Military aircrew on the Texan TMk1.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Instruct relevant aspects of the BFT syllabus to high instructional standards.
- Focus on delivering airborne instruction and also the delivery of phase briefs, technical lessons, practical demonstrations and synthetic events.
- Assist Curriculum Design as Texan TMk1 Subject Matter Expert (SME) in development and maintenance of courseware.
- Previous experience as a Qualified Flying Instructor
- Previous experience in a 'Basic Flying Training' role
- Previous experience of multi-faceted flying disciplines combining leadership and airmanship
- A desire to help students strive for success
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong presentational skills
