**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Providing a friendly and customer-orientated atmosphere for all guests - you’ll use a warm and friendly approach with all guests ensuring they enjoy their stay.
- Contact with guests in the hotel, checking in late arrivals and checking out early departures of all guests, making sure they enjoyed their stay and resolving any queries that may arise.
- You will work as part of a two-person team from approx 10pm - 7/8 am and be responsible for completing the night porter checklist on shift for health and safety, fire, and security.
- Your working week will be 4 days on and 4 off rolling continuously. (Consideration would be given to 3 days on, 4off, 4 days on, 3 off).
- Support all departments through the night - laundry, restaurant, leisure club, reception, and bar with additional duties to make sure all is in full working order for the morning.
- Be required to answer phones to take messages, reservations and provide any information requested by guests.
- You’ll communicate well with all your colleagues and all departments in the hotel keeping everyone up to date with the information they need.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
