Property Inspector

Required full-time, for a forward thinking and fast paced, vibrant and energetic company.
If you have good communication skills, excellent time keeping and attention to detail this is the job role for you.

Duties;
- To produce Energy Performanice Certificates
- To carry out quarterly inspections at tenant properties.
- Carrying out inventories on properties ready for tenants to
move in.
- Final inspections of properties at end of tenancies.

Requirements;
- Must have valid UK driving license
- Must have own car

No experience necessary however knowledge or property management would be helpful. Full training will be provided.
