**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**

You will be responsible for end-to-end product startegy, creation and be responsible for helping define the value of these designs. You will need to be able to identify opportunities to streamline processes and overall journeys of the audience. You willbe strong in the participation in researching and reacting to the data discovered and translating that into more efficient or secure designs.

**YOU WILL NEED**
- 4+ years' experience in user focused design - across both web and mobile projects
- Ability to work proactively in agile working environments
- Ability to create persona and empathy
- An understanding of security
- A strategic mindset

**IT'S NICE TO HAVE**
- User research experience
- Ability to identify when testing is useful
- Experience working across public service projects
- Experience writing for both online and offline channels
- CMS experience
