Our client, a rapidly expanding engineering company, are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. The role of the Sales Administrator will be to provide support to the sales and customer service teams.
**What the Sales Administrator will be doing**:
- Liaise with internal teams to make sure customer details are correct and orders are as they should be.
- Be the first port of call for all customer inquiries.
- Process client orders accurately and promptly.
- Record incoming customer enquiries into the inhouse systems and make sure data entry is correct.
- Develop relationships with local and global inhouse teams for effective communication.
- Assist with company reports and accounts on a monthly and yearly basis.
**What you can offer to the Sales Administrator role**:
- 2+ years administration experience with data entry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good IT skills and working knowledge on Microsoft Office.
- Great organisational and time management skills.
- Logical thinker.
**Desired skills for the Sales Administrator**:
- Manufacturing or Engineering industry experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
