**Role Overview**

We have an amazing opportunity for a Part-time Rural Assistant to join the Cirencester Tetbury Road office to support the growing Natural Capital team. The hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 to 2:30.

There will be a requirement for occasional travel to other Savills offices to meet the wider team’s needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide full administrative support to the head of department and five other fee earners.
- Job tracking, invoicing and debtor management.
- Diary management including coordinating travel arrangements.
- Data processing including basic GIS.
- Report drafting and formatting.
- Management of the Savills Environmental Exchange database.
- Instructing contractors in a safe and compliant manner.
- Coordination of internal and external marketing materials and events.
- Wide range of team administration task.

**Key Skills**
- Experience in using all Microsoft packages especially power point
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good team player but have the ability to work on their own.

**Team Overview**

The natural capital team consists of six fee earners spread from Perth to Taunton. We are passionate about helping our clients and meeting the environmental challenges of the 21st century. We do this through providing consultancy and brokerage services covering two key areas:

- How to maintain business activity whilst lowering their environmental footprint
- How to create, manage and market nature based solutions
