**A day in the life of an Admin Assistant at Greenleaf **
- General tasks:

- Monitoring inbox and telephone,
- Note-taking for meetings when required,
- Ensuring records and reports are maintained and improved as required,
- Attending team meetings,
- Ensuring we adhere to GDPR at all time and archive information as set out by our data retention policy,
- Dealing with sensitive, confidential information in a professional manner,
- Maintaining and updating administration folders, ensuring ease of use and accuracy of information,
- Providing general administrative support to Managers and Directors,
- Opening new IT accounts and liaising with IT department to order and record new equipment,
- Keeping and admin of maintenance and IT records,
- Any other duties as requested by the Managers and Directors to meet the needs of the business.

Recruitment tasks:

- Screening CVs,
- Scheduling interviews,
- Working closely with the People Advisor and Management Team to support recruitment campaigns at various locations,
- Posting advertising,
- Obtaining and verifying references,
- Completing recruitment checks for new employees, in line with Safer Recruitment,
- Undertaking periodic audits,
- Understanding, following, and enhancing the recruitment and leaver process.

Referrals tasks:

- Source info to fill gaps in LA contacts,
- Check contacts in CRM and update information, keeping records of referrals received,
- Understanding and following the referrals and admission process,
- Screening referral files,
- Compiling daily updates and monthly audits,
- Ensuring admission files are obtained timely and stored appropriately.
