Fox Morris are working with Sutton Housing Partnership in relations to finding a **Damp and Mould Surveyor** to start work ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- Quality control work done on SHP Minor/Major Works projects from inception to completion
- To ensure that each phase is defect free, meets the required quality standards and contributes to increased Customer Satisfaction.
- Comply with relevant procedures and standards across the Minor/Major Works programme and ensure that Providers and Contractors also comply.
- Report any failure to comply with the Capital Works Surveyors for action.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
