The role can be considered for full shifts or split shifts

The Role:

- Insurance Requirements - Over 25 years old - no traffic offences (Clean Licence)
- Knowledge of Road Systems covering Coventry, Leamington, Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and surrounding villages of the hotel (Kineton, Ettington, Barford, Wellsbourne)
- To undertake journeys, other ad hoc driving and other duties as agreed and directed by the Front Office Manager
- To ensure that at all times, the vehicle is driven courteously and in accordance with all Highway Law and prevailing road conditions.
- To ensure that the ‘pre-drive’ daily and weekly vehicle checks are carried out before, and on return from, every trip
- To ensure that all passengers wear fitted seat belts at all times, and to ensure, with the additional adult supervisor, the discipline of all passengers.
- To ensure that the interior of the vehicle is clean at the start and end of each trip
- Be presentable at all times and be aware of the Corporate Image, which may entail wearing some form of uniform denoting the hotel policy.
- Refuel the vehicles as and when required - signing for cash through the Petty Cash Process
- To report immediately to the Front Office Manager any maintenance or repair matters relating to a minibus.
- To report immediately to the Front Office Manager any accidents or incidents for the purpose of making or reporting insurance claim. Such reports to include full details of third-party involvement as well as the incident itself.
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of vehicles, inside and out and ensuring the vehicle is in a clean and roadworthy condition before and after use.
- To undertake any other associated duties as required by the Front Office Manager - this could be supporting porterage requirements for Front Office or supporting in our Food Beverage outlets
- To ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.

Set on 26 hectares of grounds, this resort style hotel with a 1500s annexe is 8 miles from Shakespeare's Birthplace and 11 miles from the iconic cars at the British Motor Museum.

The informal rooms have a modern vibe and feature Wi-Fi, TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Refined suites in the annexe add Nespresso machines, sitting areas and 4-poster beds. The 1- and 2-bedroom apartments offer kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms with sofabeds. Room service is available.

Amenities consist of 2 chic restaurants, 2 bars and a gym, plus a heated indoor pool. Massage service is available.
