Reed Education is seeking an experienced and highly organized Education Administrator to join our team.

We work closely with a number of different Schools in Oxfordshire and Buckingham to provide Administrator support.

Key responsibilities for an admin can include but are not limited to:

- Managing and organizing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records and handling correspondence.
- Providing administrative support to the education division, including coordination with other departments and stakeholders.
- Assisting with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing and maintaining student data and records.
- Communicating with students and parents, providing information and support as needed.
- Coordinating and scheduling classes and exams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
