Barista

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Upsell additional items or special promotions to customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is essential
- Minimum Level 2 food and hygiene
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Must be 18+
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques

Pay: £11.00-£12.03 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (required)

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
