We are looking for a customer focused and friendly individual to join our team of workers and help create a memorable experience for every visitor to the airport.

**Main Duties**:

- Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
- Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
- Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
- In a safe manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment.
- Drive OCS vehicles on the airfield.
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
- Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Customer Service and Airport Environment experience is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of Disability Awareness is desirable but not essential as full training is given.
- Able to communicate with customers and staff at all levels.
- Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
