Reporting to GS/OBR12-EMEA3 head of department, this role is an integral role in the Controlling team to support BBM-OE (Mobility divison) in ensuring that current financial targets are met, new business opportunities are optimised & the division can be steered to future success in the UK.
The role is split between traditional management accounting and business partnering/value add activities.
The management accountancy function focusses on planning, forecasting, reporting & commentating on costs during MBR/CF/YE/BP scenarios in order to provide useful information for business steering as well as to be compliant in internal/external audits.
The business partnering elements concentrate on acting as a consultant to advise on new projects, business models, location decisions & optimisation of current processes and structures.
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- P&L and Balance Sheet production for GBOM
- Cost & Headcount Planning, Forecasting & Analysis
- Internal Reporting to GB’s, Central Functions & local management
- Ensure divisional financials are in line with external auditing requirements, managing relationship and requests from external auditors
- Manage relationship with GS global hubs to ensure correct reporting in ERP/HFM
- Agent PE & Limited Sales Support charging, service agreements and reconciliation
- Application engineering cost analysis and recharge billing
- Satellite location projects and desk charge modelling
- Conduct UK Wide Controlling for Non-Controlling Functions training as part of the Global Bosch FinanceAcademy
**Qualifications**:
Desired Knowledge & Skills
- Accounting & tax knowledge & experience to ensure business performance is reported accurately and compliantly
- Ability to communicate financial matters effectively to non-financial people
- Experience in the MBR, CF, TBP and Year End processes
- Experience of using SAP FI-CO Module, advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills using a variety of tools.
