**The Role**
**Credit Controller - Permanent Role - Newcastle upon Tyne (Outside City Centre) - Hybrid Working**
Delighted to be working with a growing business who have an exciting opportunity within their Credit Control department. Working collaboratively within a friendly and highly experienced team, you'll be responsible for your own debtors ledger.
The role will cover the following areas:

- Collection of outstanding debtors - actively calling and chasing customers for payment.
- Recovering any overdue debt.
- Relationship building and giving excellent service at all times.
- Cash allocation and account reconciliation

**About You**
This role is suited to an experienced Credit Controller, who enjoys working as part of a team whilst being accountable for their own workload.
- Experience in pro-active outbound Credit Control.
- Happy chatting to people over the phone and relationship building.
- Friendly team player, enjoys being office based for the majority of the week.

**Other Details**:

- Circa £25,000 annual salary DOE
- Profit shares in the business
- 40 hour working week (08:30-17:00 / 08:00-16:30 - flex)
